Okay I didn't mean to make him/her look like Scootaloo, but whatever xD
Now it's Scootaloo's cousin!

She lives in Manehatten, and she is one of the CMC with Babs maybe (she met two other fillies over there so maybe this is one of them?)
Just an idea really.

I thought since Scootaloo's talent is dancing/scooter-ing it would make it even more likely that this would be her cousin. :3

Likes- Dancing, jumping, exercise, and activity.
Dislikes- staying still, being in one place, and quiet.
Gender- I can't...really tell...
Preference- Bi
Personality- outgoing, willing, but gullible.
She/he talks very fast, and is always on the go, she/he dances wherever she/he is, and can't help but shiver and shake when trying to stand still. Her/his cutie mark (will be) a hoof with shiver marks around it. She/he wears socks wherever she/he goes so her/his hooves don't get too dirty. She/he has a pacifier because she/he believes it looks pretty cool. Although she/he doesn't use it, she/he sometimes finds people shoving it into her/his mouth. Awkwardly it does calm him/her down.
